HEALTH IS THE LEVEL OF FUNCTIONAL AND METABOLIC EFFICIENCY OF A LIVING ORGANISM. IN HUMANS IT IS THE ABILITY OF INDIVIDUALS OR COMMUNITIES TO ADAPT AND SELF MANAGE WHEN FACING PHYSICAL, MENTAL, PSYCHOLOGICAL AND SOCIAL CHANGES WITH ENVIROMENT.WHERE THERE IS A HEALTH THERE IS A WEALTH. HEALTH IS VERY IMPORTANT IN ORDER TO BE HEALTHY PHYSICAL FITNESS IS REQUIRED.

     THE IMPORTANCE OF PHYSICAL FITNESS CANNOT BE EMPHAISIZED ENOUGH. IN TODAY’S SOCIETY THAT IS MOVING TOWARDS A MORE SEDENTARY  LIFESTYLE,THERE IS A GREATER NEED THAN EVER TO INCREASE THE DAILYACTIVITY LEVEL TO  MAINTAIN BOTH CARDIOVASCULAR FITNESS AND BODY WEIGHT

   THE BENEFITS OF PHYSICAL FITNESS IS STAYING ACTIVE MEANS KEEPING YOUR BODY FUNCTIONING AT A HIGH LEVEL. REGULAR EXERCISE WILL MAINTAIN THE PERFORMANCE OF YOUR LUNGS AND HEART TO MOST EFFICIENTLY BURN OFF EXCESS CALORIES AND KEEP YOUR WEIGHT UNDER CONTROL. EXERCISE WILL ALSO IMPROVE MUSCLE STRENGTH, INCREASE.  JOINT FLEXIBILITY AND IMPROVE ENDURANCE. ANOTHER MAIN BENEFIT THAT IT DECREASES THE RISK OF HEART DISEASE ADDITIONALLY, ITCAN DECREASE YOUR RISK OF STROKE, COLON CANCER, DIABETES AND HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE.

  • HAVE A 20 MINUTES BREAK BETWEEN THE WORK IT WILL HELP YOUR BODY TO RELAX
  • HAVE A BRISK WALK EVERY MORNING AROUND 5 TO 10 MINUTES IT IS ALSO CONSTITUTE AS EXERCISE
  • WAKE UP WITH THE POSITIVE THOUGHT IT WILL MAKE YOU HAPPY AND ENERGITIC THROUGHTOUT THE DAY

   SO EXERCISE REGURLARLY, VERY DAY IS POSSIBLE,IS THE SINGLE MOST IMPORTANT THING YOU CAN DO FOR YOUR HEALTH.
