6 easy and delicious Post Workout Snacks


After a tiring session in the gym, having a protein impact snack is essential. Due to all the exercise our muscles are worked up and we need to rebuild them and regain the energy in our body. Infusing protein rich food just after the workout helps the muscles. Hence, below are 6 simple but very healthy and tasty snack ideas you should try.


  1. Greek yogurt with berries

Take a bowl full of Greek yogurt, which is high in protein, and add some strawberries, blue berries or raspberries to it.


  1. Apple and peanut butter sandwich

Cut apple into thick slices and apply peanut butter on both sides of the apple. Then you can add the topping of your choice, for example: bananas, chocolate chips, granola, grapes or all of the above.
